Explosive playmaker and polished receiver with superb all-around skills. Rated as nation's No. 3 prospect in ESPN.com Prep Top 50. Resigned with LSU after originally signing in 2007 out of Bastrop High School where he earned Parade Magazine All-American honors as a senior for Louisiana's undefeated Class 4A state champions. All-State Offensive MVP in Class 4A as Bastrop senior. ESPN.com 150 in 2007. Has speed to beat defenders deep and excels in jump ball situations; tenacious physical receiver who attacks the ball; always plays hard; runs outstanding routes. Chose LSU instead of Miami, UCLA, Colorado and Alabama. Still must qualify. Lacked core grade-point-average requirements coming out of Bastrop.
