One of the top defensive line prospects in state of Georgia. Strong player, particularly in the lower body; raw player, highly athletic for his size, with a tremendous upside. Has tools to play either offensive or defensive line at LSU. Former basketball player, has played football for just two years. Squats 650 pounds; power-cleaned 225 pounds as many as 30 times. Runs 40 in 4.9 seconds. Played defensive end, tight end at Northview. Projects as a defensive tackle at LSU. Selected LSU from a group of finalists that included Auburn, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, Boston College and North Carolina. Had more than 20 scholarship offers. Projects to be fully qualified.
