smelling life...
I guess it's that time of year...I love the fall in New Orleans...there always seems to be something in the air...it's not a smell, it's like a hormone...like the scent behind the ear of a beautiful woman...it opens your eyes, your soul...it makes you want to kiss New Orleans behind the ear, and make her fresh shaven legs become stubbley...mmm...that is the smell of music that needs to be heard...that needs to be sang, that needs to be recognized...that needs to be enjoyed...
I just walked through a sprinkle and the ozone only made it that much better...walking in the rain...I'm going to have to restrain myself tonight because I just feel like going out...but I have far too much to do tomorrow...but...I can always go in the morning to get the sunglasses and wallet that I so disparately need, and have some beignets and coffee...or a Bloody Mary... extra bean..."Good Morning Gracie!"
